I created this app in hopes of inspiring others to recycle. I’ve always wanted to use my talents to bring about change and I believe this is the best way I can contribute. For without us there won’t be a better future for others.

Overall, the project started as a way to better our planet and at the same time have users want to encourage others to do the same. Thus, I was able to create something special that can not only work in a real life setting but it can be fun to use! The first step was creating an account with the app being used, then, you can view the nearest recycling centers to find more information. Furthermore, you can see your progress through the home screen and see activity, history, awards, etc. With the log option you’ll be able to use your camera to see what can be deemed “recyclable” or what is “not recyclable”. Finally, the last option is “share” which allows you to comment on your friend’s score and you can share, challenge your friends as well.
