REWRITING THE PATTERN

Rewriting the Pattern explores how traditional Azerbaijani carpet motifs can be transformed into a contemporary visual language. Inspired by cultural symbolism, geometric forms, and handmade textiles, this project reinterprets traditional patterns through modern color palettes, digital experimentation, and graphic design systems. The goal is to preserve cultural identity while making it feel relevant and engaging for a new generation.
